One of my favorite U.S. cities is the marvelous Music City – Nashville, TN! 🎸👢
You definitely need at least 3-4 days (stay longer, if you can!) to enjoy all of the music, food and overall magic that Music City has to offer! ✨

✈️ It is very easy to fly in/out of Nashville International Airport. They even have a Tootsie’s World Famous Orchid Lounge in the airport with rotating live musicians playing!
🚗 There is no need to rent a car in Nashville! It’s so easy to take Uber or Lyft everywhere. Plus, it’s easy to walk or even rent electric scooters to get around! 🛴
🏨 There are tons of hotels in downtown Nashville (and new ones being built all the time). I prefer to stay in “The Gulch” area and had a great stay at Thompson Nashville. Having drinks on the Thompson rooftop at sunset is an absolute must!

🎶 Two music venues that are an absolute must-visit while in Nashville: Ryman Auditorium and The Station Inn. First tour the Ryman during the day, and then get tickets (in advance, if possible) to see whoever is performing that night! And I highly recommend seeing an intimate show at The Station Inn on a Sunday afternoon. The talent that performs there will blow you away!

🎸 You can’t visit Nashville without spending some quality time in all of the various music bars on Broadway. The best yet-to-be-discovered musicians in the country perform in these bars, and you will be blown away by all of the talent and good vibes. My favorite bars with some of the best talent on Broadway are World Famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge and Robert’s Western World. 🙌

🛍️ The shopping is fantastic too! Some many great boutiques, vintage stores and more all throughout Nashville. My favorite area to shop is 12th Avenue South. I’m a longtime fan of imogene + willie and loving pursuing through all of the vintage stores and modern Southern shops like Draper James.

🍴The food of Nashville could be its only separate post because it is that good! So good in fact that I think Nashville is one of the top 5 cities in the U.S. (besides SF, New Orleans, Portland and NYC). My must-eat Nashville recommendations include:
And of course, you must try Hot Chicken from Hattie B’s Hot Chicken. 🐔

There is so much to do & see in Nashville- it’s a city you’ll keep wanting to visit every few years. I can’t wait for my next visit and will continue to update my recommendations for this incredible city. 💫🎶
